New Zealand sprinter, Tiaan Whelpton, is the fastest man in the country.
This year he rewrote history by becoming the fastest Kiwi ever on NZ soil where he remains unbeaten in over 3 years. A successful recent season leaving him with the resident 100m and 60m national record.

Latest Achievements
World Ranking
For the year of 2025 - ranked 9th in the world over the 60m and went on to back up this ranking by placing in the Semi Final of the Indoor World Championships in Nanjing, China in March
National Champion
Retained national title over the 100m for the 3rd year in a row after a dominant domestic season that continued an unbeaten streak on NZ soil despite competition from multiple international sprinters.
National Records
This season managed to make a breakthrough smashing the 60m national record and setting a new benchmark of 6.50s which also ranks #2 all time in the Oceania region. Also lowered his own resident 100m record to 10.10s in January
